A Note to Parents

Dear Parents,

This site was developed with a belief in each parent's care and commitment toward their child. In keeping with this belief, I have designed this site with the intention of providing a range of materials
that can be selected according to the individual values and moral codes of each family. While there are many beliefs about what constitutes a "moral" and "responsible" sexual education, I believe that, when guided by love and accurate information, parents are the best "experts" on what constitutes a quality sexual education. For this reason, I am attempting to provide a range of materials that can be selected according to a variety of belief systems and values. You may find materials that conflict with your ethical codes, but you will also find important resources that support the beliefs that you embrace for yourselves and your children. While I will neither attempt to support nor invalidate an "abstinence only" education, I will provide materials that assist parents in teaching their children in
a manner consistent with the culture of their specific family.
